Sunday School
Beginning at
10:00AM on Sunday Mornings the church offers classes for all ages
covering a variety of topics. Right now we have one adult class,
three children's classes, and a youth class. These classes
change from time to time depending on the time of year and number in
attendance. Click this link to hear about the current classes
being offered.
Worship Service
The worship service
begins at 11:00AM on Sunday mornings. The Praise and
Worship Team leads the congregation in contemporary praise songs as
well as other choruses, and the words to each song is cast up on a
dropdown projector screen for everyone. The sermons are also
sure to open you to what God wants to say as long as you are truly
seeking to hear what the Lord has to say.
God and the congregation of the church are waiting
for you to come and see what there is for you at the Hindman
Methodist Church.
Children's Wonder and Worship
This is the children's worship service that
happens after the singing in the main church service. This is
modeled just like a regular church service, but brought down to a
child's level so that the children will learn the meaning of
worship. Wonder and Worship is a special part of what the church has
to offer and is another way that God pour His Blessings out through
the church. So feel welcome to bring your children and let them
experience worship in an environment they can understand while you
are in the main church worship service.
Tweens
The new "Tweens" program is for children 3-6th grade and meets currently on a once a month basis. Parents are invited to attend a parent discussion during the children's activities.
Lunch will be served immediately following worship service.
Youth Group
Meetings
start at 4:00 PM and are a great way to give your child a chance to
learn more about what God has planned for their life and enjoy the
company of others. This group is under the leadership of
Shannon and Stacy Burnett. This married couple is ready to
take your youth on many wonderful adventures in the local area as
well as out into the state for various special events. |
