Ugandan Challenge:
To help the United Methodist Churches of the Gulu District in Uganda purchase land to build:
• A Clinic
• A Technical Training Centre
• A Multi-purpose facility for Ministry
• A Lodge for VIM Teams

Rev. David Ntogohnya, Gulu District DS said: “This center will work toward bringing peace, hope and wholeness to our children, youth and families who have been affected by the 20 year war in Uganda.”

The Response:
Accept the request from Bishop Wandabula of the East Africa Conference to purchase the property for this facility. The HUMC will pledge to raise $5000 and be a catalyst to help other churches raise the remaining $25,000.
